Exam tuition
We offer you full financial and study support for your exam training, which is provided by The Financial Training Company, together with regular counselling and encouragement so that our trainees consistently achieve impressive results.
You sit the ICAEW exams during a three-year training contract. These exams are:
- Professional Stage: six papers, and you take two papers at each of three sittings
- Advanced Stage: three papers taken at one sitting.
Professional development
We offer you a comprehensive in-house training and development programme to enhance your technical, personal and managerial skills. This starts as soon as you join with a one-week induction course, and continues throughout the period of your training contract and for the rest of your career in the firm.
Each year we carry out a detailed training needs analysis to ensure that the training you get is matched to the requirements of your client work and your career aspirations.
On-the-job training
