Corporate Finance Manager

I joined Chantrey Vellacott DFK’s Croydon office in January 1999 as a trainee chartered accountant.

I worked for the Croydon office for three years primarily working with, and for, owner managed businesses. This experience has given me an insight into the challenges these businesses face and the assistance they need from their professional advisors.

In December 2002, I transferred to the London based Corporate Finance department where I have worked for the last three years.

Since starting work in the corporate finance department I have worked on a range of projects including:

• Investigating historic and projected performance
• Preparing accountants reports requires on admission to AIM
• Due diligence on acquisitions and investments
• Advising on management buy outs and management buy ins
• Special investigation projects for publicly quoted company’s and the DTI

I enjoy working in the corporate finance department because it gives me the opportunity to work with clients in a broad range of industries and, allows me to help my client achieve their objectives and move their businesses forward.
