Chantrey Vellacott DFK is pleased to be able to offer positions to students who are studying for or obtained A levels. We offer these vacancies to undertake the AAT qualification (Association of Accounting Technicians). For more details on this qualification please go to www.aat.co.uk.

What support do we give you?

The firm offers three types of training:

  • exam tuition
  • professional development
  • on-the-job training

Exam tuition

We offer you financial and study support for your exam training, which is provided by The Financial Training Company, together with regular counselling and encouragement so that our trainees constantly achieve impressive results. The AAT exams are sat over a two year period. After completing the AAT exams you may have the opportunity to progress to the ACA qualification.

Professional development

We offer you a comprehensive in-house training and development programme to enhance your technical, personal and managerial skills. This starts as soon as you join with a one-week induction course, and continues throughout the period of your employment.

Each year we carry out a detailed training needs analysis to ensure that the training you get is matched to the requirements of your client work and your career aspirations.

On-the-job training
